Eat healthy foods and exercise. Destructing yourself will take your mind away from the alcohol. Such small actions will have a great impact in your life and keep you going when you feel like you have hit a wall. You will regain your strength back and start having more time that you can spend with your family and friends. There are very many things you can do to keep your mind occupied if the idea of exercising is not your type of palate. You can join a clay moulding class, poetry sharing, maybe take some photography lesson. Anything is better than sitting around and being idle.
